All-terrain wheels, front suspension and multi-position reclining seats can accommodate children up to 50 lbs. Trays for both children and parents, large storage basket and three-tier canopy with peek-a-boo window for maximum sun protection.
The Cloud has one of the lowest scores in our tests of quality due to its flimsy design, hard plastic seats and a design that is outdated. It is also more expensive than other lightweight strollers. This is a bad option for parents looking for a budget option.
Although it's not the lightest double stroller, it has enough features that are worth a look. Its swiveling front wheels make it easy to move on flat surfaces, and it is able to jump over curbs with ease unlike many other light strollers that diverge when trying to do the same thing. The Cloud's low, almost knee-high handle is a downside. It's not adjustable and it's not adjustable. It's not a comfortable thing to push with your legs dangling in the air like that and it's also not helping that it's not padded.
In our tests, we discovered that the Cloud was simple to set up and opened. It's a bit more complicated to close, however; you must slide a slider before you press a large white button for it to collapse. It can be quite frustrating particularly if you're trying to keep track of kids while doing it.
The Cloud comes with a tiny but deep storage basket. It's big enough to fit a large diaper bag. The basket is narrow and you may have to store something inside to reach the back. cheap double pushchair includes two tray for parents and a child tray, each with two cup holders. Both are too small for larger bottles or cups.

It's extremely light at 18lbs (lighter than some single strollers!) and can fold flat for easy transport and storage. It also has independently reclining seats as well as large SPF 50 sunvisors that have a peekaboo window. The visors are adjustable to accommodate children of different heights. It also has one-step linked parking brake that is Disney-sized approved.
The swivel wheel feature of Jeep is also great for navigating over bumps and uneven terrain. However, this stroller doesn't accept car seats so your kids should be at least 6+ months old and have a solid neck control in order to ride in the front seat. The stroller has three panels of sun canopy, and each seat has its own cupholder and snack tray.
Valco Baby Snap Duo Trend is a different incredibly light stroller with a side by side. It's heavier than Kolcraft Cloud Plus, at 23 lbs. However, it's tinier and slimmer (26.5 inches wide!) and has a ton of luxe details that make it perfect for travel. It folds up easily and is very mobile. It can easily fit into overhead compartments and the trunks of planes.

It's quite similar to the Jeep Destination Ultralight SBS, but it has a few key differences. It's a little more expensive but has a better sun canopy and better maneuverability. It also has a convenient carry strap that can hold kids up to 44 lbs per seat.
Summer 3D Pac for Infants CS+
Summer Infant 3D Pac CS+ is a stroller that is light packed with features. It is not only incredibly light at only 13 pounds but also has plenty of storage options, including child and parent cupholders, a child's sippy-cup pouch as well as a pocket for storage for parents and so on. This stroller can also be used with a child's seat and features a flip-flop-friendly brake that is easy to engage. It's designed to adapt to your kids from a baby stroller to a toddler stroller simply by attaching the car seat adapters (sold separately) and is suitable for children aged 6 months old and up.
Another thing to consider about this stroller is that it only has swivel wheels and doesn't come with locking features therefore it may not be the best option for terrain that is rocky or hilly. It maneuvers well on paved sidewalks and other smooth surfaces, however it's an excellent choice for the majority of families.
This is among the lightest and compact double strollers that comes with full-size features. The quick-close feature lets the stroller to fold with just one hand in seconds, and it's small enough to fit easily into your garage or trunk. It can be used as a stoller for travel and is compatible without additional adapters for most car seats.

The seats have a recline that can be adjusted in multiple positions, separate leg rests, and three-panel canopies that have flip-out sun visors and windows that peek out.
The seats are padded to ensure your little one's comfort and come with a padded 5-point safety harness that can be adjusted to three different heights. The stroller can also be equipped with the Yoyo+ Board, which turns it into an additional stroller.
Joovy X2 Kooper
The Kooper X2 is an excellent option for parents looking for a lightweight double stroller that can accommodate two children. The sling-style seats are comfortable and provide the same amount of headroom, which allows children to be seated together. The Kooper X2 is unique in that it has a fully reclined seat, making it a fantastic choice for naps. Its recline mechanism is simple to use but doesn't go genuinely flat; taller kids may find that they have a leg that hangs out of the way when sitting in a reclined position. It also has a big canopy that we found to be more effective in blocking the sun's rays than other strollers in our evaluation of the top double strollers.
The stroller is lightweight enough to to navigate through door frames. This was a major issue with other strollers we tried. It folds easily and the handlebars are close to the ground, making it easy transport. Its only downside is its relatively small storage space, which feels uncomfortable when filled with kid stuff.
